- AXLE SHAFT BOOTS – INSPECT BRAKE LINES and CABLES – INSPECT CLUTCH OPERATION – INSPECT DISC BRAKE PADS and ROTORS – INSPECT PARKING BRAKE – INSPECT STEERING SYSTEM – INSPECT SUSPENSION SYSTEM – INSPECT CABIN AIR FILTER – REPLACE ENGINE OIL – REPLACE ENGINE OIL FILTER – REPLACE TIRES – ROTATE – [A tire should be replaced when the tread wear indicator appears as a solid band across the tread; this occurs when the remaining tread has worn to 0.063 inches (1.6mm) or less.]
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
- CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove and Replace – All Applicable Models
- BRAKE SHOES and /OR PADS – Remove and Replace – Rear – [Includes: Clean, lube and/or replace Brake Hardware as necessary. Adjust Brakes (where applicable). Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable). DOES NOT include refinishing.]
